The delivery guys for my order went above and beyond wonderful and courteous!! Even tho we were cancelled a few times due to issues on your end that couldn’t be avoided it was WELL worth the wait!! Again kudos to the Value City team and especially the delivery guys!!! Our sales person was also very accommodating and helped me above and beyond as far as checking inventory and colors!! We walked into the store and already knew the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. We walked around a bit, then quickly greeted by Amy. She was very helpful and kind, she answered all the questions or concerns we had regarding what kind of sofa we were looking for. The office lady who rang us up Lynette was also very kind, she completed our purchase in a timely manner, gave us all the important information we needed for payments or future purchases. Thank you ladies for your professionalism and quick customer service!
Worst experience I’ve waited about 5 months and I ended up receiving a cheap leather sectional. The leather is different from the one I looked in the store and there are parts that were also missing when arrived. The sectional that I looked in the store is more firmer than the one that was delivered to me.
My daughter and I were in on Monday, July 3rd, 2023 & we had a fantastic sales person named Christian - although he was new he was knowledgeable and so helpful! We ended up purchasing a stunning bedroom suite for my daughter and we couldn't be happier! Sean, the manager, contributed greatly to the efficiency of our transaction, aided by Bri who was working at the front counter. The pick up process with simple and seamless. We had a great experience & we will be back very soon! Thank you to your sales team, especially Sean, Christian, & Bri!!
