I had an amazing experience learning from Ashraf. He is incredibly calm, patient, and very knowledgeable. He always took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I fully understood each concept. I failed my first driving exam with a different driving school, where the instructors were not nearly as knowledgeable or supportive. Switching to Ashraf made all the difference, and I passed my exam with confidence. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and patient driving instructor!

I highly recommend Vancouver Driving School. I barely had any experience driving but wanted to take the road test during my 3 week break and so I booked the 10 lesson package. I managed to pass on my first try with the help of Shafi, my instructor! If you want a school with flexible scheduling and a caring instructor who gives you constructive criticism, I recommend Shafi at the Vancouver Driving School.

I cannot recommend Vancouver Driving School enough. The lessons were well-structured, supportive, and focused on building real confidence on the road. A special thanks to Thomas and Shafi — both are excellent instructors who are patient, clear, and genuinely encouraging. They made learning to drive a positive and stress-free experience. Just passed my road test thanks to Vancouver Driving School! I took the Tune Up 1 package and had Ashraf as my instructor. He was gentle, patient, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified my weaknesses and helped me work on them right away. His calm teaching style made it easy to understand what I was doing wrong and how to correct it. We even had a small chat before the road test, and he reassured me that I was doing great and was going to pass, which really boosted my confidence. Highly recommend booking lessons here!

Passed my test on the first go! I had done lessons with a different driving school but I didn’t love my instructor’s communication style so decided to give Vancouver Driving School a try. I had Shafi as an instructor for 3 lessons plus practice before my test. I appreciated his calm demeanour which is good for anyone who might be a nervous driver. We frequently checked in on whether I had questions and provided positive feedback which was great to improve my confidence. Happy I switched to this school for my test!
