I’ve been seeing Joann consistently for 12 months straight (January 2025–December 2025), and I can confidently say she is the best aesthetician I have ever had. I came to her with oily, acne-prone skin and noticeable hyperpigmentation. The environment Joann creates is so calming, comforting, and aesthetically beautiful that every appointment feels like a retreat. This spa is good for basic facials, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have acne-prone or sensitive skin. In my experience, the esthetician didn’t seem well-versed in treating troubled skin. If you’re seeking more specialized care or noticeable results, I’d recommend trying a different place.

This was my first facial experience and it was great! I decided to do a dermaplaning + jelly mask. My skin has never been more hydrated and glowy! Her facial room is so cute and relaxing as well! She is such a kind esthetician who clearly cares about her clients. I purchased a moisturizer to help with my dry skin type as well that she recommended.
