I’ve been a member at VASA Fitness for quite some time, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt genuinely unsafe in a gym. Over the past few months, another member has repeatedly acted in an aggressive and unpredictable way toward me and others, including yelling at members for no reason, staring people down, and running into people on the indoor track. Multiple employees even told me this individual has a history of similar behavior. I reported the incidents three times to staff, they created an incident report, and I was told that management would contact me to address the situation. No one ever reached out. Meanwhile, this individual continues coming in, acting the same way, and nothing has been done to protect the safety of members. The lack of follow-through from management is extremely disappointing and shows a real failure to take member safety seriously.
I just did a studio red class 6:00 am this morning and the instructor was great. She asked me my name and then called me by my name the whole entire time. It was a good workout and I really like the price of the Vasa Fitness. The bathrooms are clean people wipe down the machines. I got this video of the guy doing a good workout and it was a little intimidating though.

Overpacked. Showed up at 11pm. Front desk staff didn’t know how to use the plus one for my membership. She couldn’t get the free membership to activate. I tried paying cash for a day pass for my friend. But they wouldn’t accept cash. 25 mins later walked out because she was determined to make it complicated and time consuming. Thank you for finalizing my decision to cancel this membership. The one star is because it’s a one star gym.
Nice clean gym. They're relatively quick to replace any broken equipment. It can get extremely crowded in the afternoon/early evening, so keep that in mind. Recently started taking Jessica's yoga class and it's an easy favorite of mine. Her classes are low pressure and have a good atmosphere. She's a great instructor and offers a range of class difficulties so you can find what works for you!
