Stay away from them-Unprofessional and Unethical behavior- Tresspassed and damaged property. Hostile behavior and no communication ⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with this handyman service. I hired Diego Romero, supposedly their project manager to install lights for my elderly mother and paid for the installation and all the equipment. The light quality was poor, so I reached out to ask about the return policy and possible replacements. Instead of communicating or addressing my concerns, Diego refused to respond to calls or messages and became increasingly hostile. Without any notice or permission, his crew entered my mother’s home, removed all the installed lights, and disrupted the electrical supply to other areas, causing great inconvenience to my elderly mother. They also left behind clips and fittings, leaving the space untidy and damaged. This conduct — including trespassing, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior — is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this service and choose a more reliable and respectful provider.

Deigo and his guys installed a Mega Slam Basketball goal. They were super-efficient and very Professional. His guy came on Friday and poured the footing for the goal and Diego, and his guy came back on Monday and had it installed in about (2) hours. Believe me it was extremely heavy. I would highly recommend him to do anything you need around the house.

Diego arrived on time and completed the basketball hoop installation within the timeframe he promised. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to walk me through how to properly raise and lower the hoop. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and clear communication. I’ll definitely be using his services again for future projects. Thank you, Diego!

They came in and moved swiftly! They worked with my schedule and helped with my vision. They were done within three hours and I was told it was going to take five to six hours. They put my bed together (including the ELD lights), ceiling fan, mirror, door screens, and cleaned up behind themselves. I will use their services again!

We hired Diego owner of Vayeyo Installation for a house remodeling. We agreed on a start, completion date and the initial pricing. We also agreed on the daily work hours, pay terms and signed a contract. Everything started well and the workers did good progress with demolition and ceiling repairs. This progress continued until more detail in the workmanship was required. As details become more needed we received a lot of push back and less willingness from Diego to perform additional tasks. We had to make changes on the design because he pushed back on opening a wall and patching it back for example. He kept saying we delayed our own timeline. We are 3 weeks delayed because he sent only 1 or 2 people to do a job of 6 people on most days. We had to make changes to our original designs because of his unwillingness to work on many areas. During the work at times only one worker was present, with Diego being absent without communication during crucial times (deadlines). Positive - the worker Jesus who worked alone most days and all day. Negative -Unethical, unprofessional, dishonest, no accountability, poor business ethics - Diego was advised several times to fill the garbage dumpster for an upcoming 2nd pickup. Nothing was done and the drive-way was left with a huge pile of trash and dead grass because no attention was paid to that. Diego took NO responsibility for this and left the site without cleaning up the mess. This mess included 60 inches double vanity with sink. 3 toilets and washing machine lying around in the backyard. - Installed GFCI's sockets in common areas instead of kitchen, bathroom, laundry. He said he knows electrical work. Clearly not. This would have hit us during inspections of our buyer. No apologies from him but excuses like there are no other electrical sockets left. - Poor workmanship. A lot of areas were left unfinished, uneven, obviously rushed, not even started. He worked on the areas we asked him to fix but he still was not able to do his work right. The paint leftovers on the driveway and exterior walls were not cleaned. Many areas were left with unevenness (shelves, hardwares around the house) and dirty walls / floors as a result of sawing work being done inside the same time they paint. The damaged backdoor was not restored even if it was his people who damaged it during the remodeling process. - Diego threatened he will have the city close up our house if we don’t pay the remaining balance. Even so his own contract says that full payment is due upon final walkthrough and completion of the work. Very unprofessional! After he agreed to fix the areas that needed to be fixed after he treated us, our business partner had additional request for corrections. But he refused to handle this and refused to take the last $1000 we chose to withhold unless he takes care of the trash, the damaged back door and main front door. Diego’s response was “…use the 1000 dollars you have from me and solve the garbage problem yourself (not my responsibility). -He accused us of not intending to pay when we have all the receipt containing the time, dates and work rendered. We regret hiring Diego Vayeyo Installations. We kept all communication and all photos as documentation to prove all this. We do not recommend this business.
