A friend recommended Vector to us and as soon as I called to request information I knew that I didn’t need to look any further because Dave was so kind, helpful and thorough with the info that I needed. I hired them on the spot on our first phone call. During the move itself, an expert team of movers made everything so seamless and carefree for us. Our experience was great based on the fact that a) the movers were super experienced, fast, and careful with our stuff. B) everything was kept clean and they even assembled back our furniture c) the quote estimate and the paperwork process was easy and straightforward d) Dave was always there to answer any questions for us. HIGHLY recommend! The ONLY thing I would improve was the parking situation, because our guys got a ticket :( and we had to pay $115 extra. But, it’s Manhattan so I guess that’s normal. Besides that, would highly recommend.
Very happy with our experience today. We had many large items and each were taken care of with close attention. Dauij headed the team, and really made the transition smooth and quick. Would highly recommend him and Vector!
