I woke up to a limping dog and noticed an issue with his nailbed/ paw. My vet was booked for two weeks and recommended I go to urgent care. I went to veg ER and can say they were so helpful. The woman who took my call was sweet and sent pre check in items ahead of time. I got in and was seen within 5 minutes. The entire staff was so friendly and kind to my little guy. They explained everything to me and were so helpful. I was out of there within an hour with everything I needed to take care of my pup. A big thank you to auri who was his doctor and also to the other staff. They were all wonderful and I’d recommend them any time.
I will absolutely be utilizing VEG again. All of the staff was so kind and cheery despite being in the middle of the night, and they all worked together to make my dog feel safe and get healthier. I also was impressed that they referred us to a specialist, instead of trying to haphazardly treat something they knew was a bigger issue. Our Addy is feeling much better!
Best emergency vet experience ever! I think my dog even enjoyed coming in, even though she’s usually terrified. The staff were so sweet and welcoming and knowledgeable. Bella felt safe and I knew she was in good hands the whole time. Definitely will come here again for all my urgent vet needs (hopefully not too often!)
Amazing care from a wonderful team. We were anxious about bringing our husky to the ER because she’s typically reactive with doctors, but the VEG team was so patient and kind that she opened up and let them care for her. We were in and out and less than 2 hours on Christmas Day, couldn’t be more thankful to them!
I must say that I I’m very pleased with the help I’ve gotten from this place. My dog needed urgent care because she was very old and sick. Not to mention the location was close. I was able to transport my dog here quicker. Sadly she was put down. I made peace with my decision on not watching her get put down only due to mental health reasons. Just want to say this people should not be judged for not watching their dogs be put down! I’m glad they fully understand why I didn’t want to see her be put to sleep. That’s traumatizing for me and won’t do no good for me and my mental health for maybe a week! My mental health comes first and I’ve spent the best wonderful 13 years with my dog and I’m ok with that!I just want to remember happy moments with her. I feel better that she’s at peace and no longer suffering. I’m glad that they was able to work with me on prices of the euthanasia and cremation. They agreed up On a price that I could pay which I felt was affordable and reasonable! Thank you Veg staff for your support and care! The woman there were very nice!
