I had a dash cam installed here and later discovered a two-foot pry bar lodged in the clutch area of my vehicle. It had to be removed immediately for safety so the car could be driven. I contacted the shop to give them an opportunity to address the issue. They denied responsibility and refused a refund, despite being the only shop that had worked on the vehicle. Leaving a foreign tool near a critical control like the clutch is extremely concerning. Based on how this was handled, I cannot recommend this shop.

Vegas has serviced 3 cars I've owned....systems in every one of them...when you want it done right and professional go to vegas they will assess your situation and give you the best possible option...I drive an hour just to get taken care of by the best in the 585.
My boy Steven is the man. Always good customer service skills. Place is always clean and friendly. He’s the man if you need anything done on your ride. Here’s the first box he built for my Buick and can’t wait to see how the second one will be in the blazer
You sold me an used Alpine halo reciever on eBay, when description says "New", I cant even install this thing, its broken. You dont answer my messages. What else do I need to do to get a refound or a new one?
