I was a repetitive customer and will never return due to treatment over late arrival. Mitch is a piece of work with no value for clients time or money spent.
A friend referred me to Kel at the beginning of the year and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I don’t trust just anyone to touch my hair, but she is such a genuine person and has shown exceptional scissoring skills🔥 The price and quality can’t be beat. Venturemen is thee place to go
Best barbershop in KC and it’s not even close. When I moved here a few years ago it took me a while to find a place that’s consistent and has a super chill atmosphere. Kel has me looking like a million bucks every time! And, despite moving 20min further out, I still wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. The 4.9 stars does not do them justice!
I took my daughter for a haircut for her birthday and we gave Briana a photo for reference. Instead of looking anything like the photo, she took off all of the length and then blamed it on my daughter‘s hair. You can’t tell me that people with curly hair are incapable of having some length. She wouldn’t let my daughter look in the mirror at all throughout the process, nor did she discuss with me or her dad the fact that it was not going to go well. In fact, she called another technician over to help and my daughter overheard him say “Well that’s as good as it’s going to get”. This haircut took nearly an hour and a half! After we paid, I tried to discuss with her the reason why she took so much off and she refused to take accountability. A simple “Hey, I’m messed up.” would have been fine. We’ll never go back.
