After visiting multiple spots in SF (LensCrafters and other local shops), Veo Optics was my top choice by a far. They had a great collection of glasses to fit anyone. The atmosphere is very comfortable and chill, you’re given a lot of space to try out different frames (I spent hours deciding in the shop between many frames). And people working there are professional opticians with a great taste. They automatically did the insurance claim for me and took it off the price. Dylan and Ryan helped me a lot, pairing me with many multiple options and giving me feedback on how certain pairs of glasses fit with my facial features without biasing me to choosing on or another. If you want a pair of glasses that will last you a long time with passionate professional who enjoy their job, this is the place to come.
I had an amazing experience picking up my glasses at Veo Optics! Lorence styled me and was so friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. They really took the time to make sure my glasses fit perfectly and matched my style. The entire experience was smooth and welcoming, and I left feeling confident and happy with my new glasses. Ryan was incredibly helpful and fast! He tightened 4 pairs of my glasses and helped me book an optometry appointment. I will definitely be coming back!
I wasn’t a previous Veo customer but came in to inquire about getting a new screw for one of my nose pads that came loose and got lost. Ryan not only screwed in that loose nose pad but also replaced my (very old) nose pads. Really appreciate the level of customer service here!
Excellent service has become a rare experience these days. Extraordinary service has always been rare and almost unheard of in these times. Ryan is that extraordinary person who provides extraordinary service, and has built a great team. From the first time I called the shop and spoke to Ryan, I decided I would buy from Veo on Union. His warmth, care, genuine curiosity, and knowledge were clear from the start. I told him I'd buy glasses from him sometime in the next few months and I did. I was not disappointed. The shop is beautiful and service just does not get better.
