I purchased a 2025, Vespa GTS Sport 310 cc on November 5, 2025. I had the best experience ever! First I would like to say I have been a motorcycle rider for over 30 years, so when it came to learning about Vespas, I needed to be educated on the different styles and models. When I first walked in the store I was greeted by Megan who is one of the owners. She was so welcoming and kind. Then Kenny (owner) also came over to meet me and explain more about Vespas and their history. This is a family owned store and they made me feel like part of their family. I also met Lexi their daughter who was also wonderful and sweet! Let's just say over the course of a few days to think about it and emails and phone calls regarding questions.They were very patient with me. I made my decision. A few days later, and when I walked in the store, I saw my beautiful Vespa ready to go with a "Sold" sign on it. I must say I was a little nervous because I was used to riding large motorcycles and this was different. Kenny took the time and showed me everything that I needed to know to feel safe about riding my Vespa home. He even rode my Vespa over to a quiet neighborhood street, so I could get used to it before getting on the main road. Now, when I get on my scooter and ride it feels like I'm on a vacation. There's no other way to describe it. Being on two wheels is amazing, but on a Vespa weather, you're doing errands or taking a trip to the beach it just feels like you're always on vacation! I have been coming to Vespa Los Angeles for about two years. It is a family atmosphere. You are always greeted with a smile and a heartwarming “Hello”, when you walk through the door. The customer service is absolutely amazing. The communication is top of the line, and the overall store atmosphere is simply amazing! The showroom floor is breathtaking. I highly recommend Vespa Los Angeles. Trust me they have everything you want, and if they don’t have it they will try their best to get as soon as they can. Vespa Los Angeles you are wonderful and YOU ROCK!!!
We have purchased THREE Vespas there over the years. Unbelievably wonderful experience all three times. Ken, Megan, Lexie, Brighton, everyone is just fantastic! From the minute you walk in the door, you will feel like a kid in a candy shop with all the various Vespas and gear. And excellent service in the service department. Truly the best Vespa experience!
A very nice Vespa dealership located on Ventura Blvd, just a couple miles west of Universal Studios off the 101 freeway. I went in without an appointment and the serviced my bike without any wait. It was a nice experience. They also had a nice selection of new Vespas and Piaggios in stock including all electric models that charge with a standard 120V household plug. Their mechanic was also very helpful and efficient.
