First time in since Vic retired for a jewelry repair. They told me it would probably be about 2-3 weeks before I got my ring repaired but I got a call 3 business days later that it was already done. They reset and fixed all the prongs on my ring and polished it up so it is super shiny. I'm happy with the quick turn around and results.
I'll always take my watches here. Fast, friendly, attentive and careful service. The new guy is just swell, and the new inventory is a bit more varied when it comes to watches which is always a plus. Just had a battery and band replaced on my seiko 'datejust', works like a charm and snappy service. Thanks again
Recently took a watch in that had stopped. Vic's tried a battery then told me it wasn't working and would need fixed. I asked how much it would be and was told $85. I decided to go to another jeweler to get another quote. They put a $10 battery in and it worked fine. That made me think about another watch I took in to Vic's several years ago that had stopped working. At the time, Vic's told me it was irreparable so I took it home and put it in a drawer. After this recent incident I took that watch to the other jeweler who told me they could replace the mechanism, clean the inside, and clean the band all for $137.50. Don't know if Vic's is incompetent or just a scam but will never take another watch there again.
I went in maybe 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday in the hopes they would be able to fix my husband's watch and was in and out within 15 to 20 minutes with a working timepiece. This family owned Jewelry store has been around for 60 years (I think?!). Ive only popped in an out a couple of times and always have walked out a happy camper! Reasonable prices and highly recommend! They also have a great selection of ring, necklace and earring sets (Holidays are around the corner🥰)...
They fixed my pendant. They were transparent with the risk of color change upon re-soldering which I agreed to. Very reasonable price. I had to tip for their transparency and how good of a job they did with this repair.
