This shop is truly a gem in the Glebe! Some serious closet staples and such great quality pieces. The staff is always kind and helpful. One of my favourite local shops!
Very cute boutique with interesting and well made designs. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The clothing is designed in Canada and manufactured in ethical factories in Asia. I highly recommend stopping by while shopping in the Glebe!
Ran out of time to order outfits for events & this is my go to in Ottawa whenever I’m in need. The owners & staff are so lovely
The store is very cute (1 star) and the quality of the products is obviously great (2 stars) As for my shopping experience, that was quite underwhelming. The two workers at the counter were just chatting and did not ask me once how I was doing- which is not that unusual, so I just continued my search for swimsuits on my own. A small number of swimsuits was hung on display, then there were two bins on the ground with different sizes and colors, so it was really hard to get a sense of what the offering was. Plus I had to squat and go through the stuff in the bin, which sort of clashes with the polished vibe of the store. I asked a question regarding one of the swimsuits but they didn’t have what I was looking for. Now, according to customer service 101 the next logical questions could be “were you looking for anything else/ can I help you find any other model?” and so on. None of that happened so I just walked out. I Too bad, because I drove to this place specifically to make a sale! I would expect this at Zara but not here.
This store is such a vibe! The staff is always extremely helpful and their designs are gorgeous. I highly recommend stopping in when you’re in the Glebe!
