Don’t bother with the $12 wash. It doesn’t clean your car, just makes it less dirty. Left the car wash with streaks of dust still on both sides of my car. When I called to ask about it, I was told that’s normal. This is the first car wash I’ve been to where I have been told that it’s normal to leave with a half clean car.
The most important thing someone can do is take care of your things as if it is their own! I was impressed with the care and attention to detail by Brian and his staff! There are a lot of car wash companies around but their service and professionalism helps them truly stand out as a top tier company. I highly recommend Virginia Car Wash!!!
I've been back in Hampton Roads for about 5months and have used quite a few car washes for all three of my vehicles, and they hands down are the best. They take their time rinse off dirt off the car before rolling the car through the car wash. I can confidently rely on them for a great car wash even after going offloading with my truck.
Amazing car wash!! Been coming here every weekend to get my truck cleaned and detailed and it's been fun actually. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and efficient! Just wish the outdoor area had a table and chairs since I prefer to sit outside on such nice days while waiting. Kudos to Coy for always being there when I come for a clean! He's been incredibly helpful every time ☺️
Just went through this car wash for a drive through silver wash which was $16. The cheapest car wash was $12 for the basic wash. We're on a day of adventure so we wanted to wash the car before the bugs and birds get started decorating it today. The employees at this business are super professional and friendly. Another cool thing we liked was if you get them to do your interior they have pull in garage bays where they do the work. You can do it yourself outside if you want, but if you pay for them to do it your vehicle is pulled inside which we think is a nice new feature we haven't seen at any of the other local car washes!
