The people here are really friendly. The star of the show is Ciera. She is always patient, and able to explain the purpose of the exercises -- the "why" things are being done. But really the whole crew are friendly and helpful. Mallory will help you deal with insurance folks. I chose the place because it was in network and halfway between my home in Garland and my office in Addison. I stayed with them because of the people.
I just completed my physical therapy after my L4-L5 discectomy and couldn’t be happier! When I started, even simple movements were tough. Now I’m walking pain-free and feeling strong again. Ciera and team are super knowledgeable, encouraging, friendly and caring. Highly recommend to anyone recovering from back surgery or dealing with pain!
Top tier PT for me! My orthopedic doctor recommended Ciera and Vista and every appointment has made me stronger physically as well as mentally. Hoping to avoid surgery and they have given me tools to continue with that goal. Kudos to Ciera, Merlin, and Kristina for everything. I loved every minute i was with y’all!
At my first meeting I was anticipating only a once a week visit. Dr. Morris convinced me that at least twice a week would be beneficial for me in order to speed up my recovery process. During my time in PT Dr. Morris and her team were very involved and motivating and constantly pushed me on improving. There wasn't a day I showed up where the atmosphere felt great, which motivated me to push myself towards recovery. A great team that is constantly involved and really understand your limits and efforts. What was expected to be a 6 week recovery was done in 5 weeks. Thanks to an amazing and inspiring team that constantly pushed me towards my goal. I couldn't be any more satisfied with my recovery time. I owe it all to this great Vista Physcal Therapy Team! Shoutout to Dr. Morris, Kristina, Victoria and Alyssa!
Ciera and team are great! They had a sincere interest in finding me the best solution, working through rehabilitation and having me graduate out of their program. Their personal touch and custom tailoring to my needs made it a great experience. Thanks - and I mean this in the best way - I don't believe I'll ever have to go back but know that if I need to they'd pick right up where we left off.
