I booked a facial last month while in downtown Ottawa for work, and it was a nice break from the day. The spa is on the second floor of the Varette Building at 130 Albert Street, which is super central and easy to reach by foot or transit. The space has a calm, serene feel with separate areas to relax before and after treatments, and everything was spotless. The esthetician was attentive and skilled, taking time to explain the steps without rushing. Staff were warm and offered refreshments right away. Solid choice for reliable pampering in the city core
It's ok. They're not that professional. I came here a few years ago for Brazilians and the lady at the reception desk didn't want to offer me an alcoholic beverage because she thought I was too young. Very unprofessional and discriminatory. God forbid I look good.
My first time at this Spa yesterday, I was pleasantly impressed with the staff. Very kind and professional. Verosa gave me a hot stone massage which was relaxing and yet done with the right amount of pressure to give me some relief from some knots I had. She also did my facial and left me soft and glowing, my husband noticed even. 🥰 Not done yet, yesterday was my pamper day! Then I had a mani and a pedi both look great 👍 and last but not least Verosa gave me my eyebrows back. Being almost 65 my eyebrow hairs are not abundant nor pronounced in colour. Now they look very natural (had them tinted) and beautifully shaped. Very grateful for this special day here in Ottawa. Will be back and highly recommend! 😊
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome that set a positive tone for our visit. The spa had a cozy and clean ambiance, making it the perfect place to relax. I opted for the hydra facial with Lamna, and it was nothing short of amazing—it left my skin feeling completely satisfied, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Amazing experience here! This is a place I wish there was an option to add a 6th star. I came for a facial from the recommendation of 2 friends. The facial was great, with a lot of customization and focus on relaxation. My skin looks and feels super soft after. I also did a manicure and had a really nice time. They love to pamper you and make sure you always have a drink and everything you need. Prices are super reasonable. The spa is a bit hard to find, so give yourself a few extra minutes.
