For the first time in a very long time I'm actually excited for people to see my nails. Ive been going somewhere else for a while and just having one bad experience after another my Co worker told me to go here and im glad that I did. They are nothing short of amazing. They are up front with you about the price for what your getting done before you get your nails done. The shop is clean... the staff is friendly and actually talk to you while your there. Its a complete breath of fresh air from the other places I have been to in norfolk. They did an amazing job and I have finally found somewhere to get my nails done that I no longer have to worry if im going to get what I want and love them. Thank you so much ladies!
I got the Deluxe Pedicure today at VJ Nails and Spa. I don’t get pedicures but I’m gonna start. The woman who did my pedicure was great. I was a little nervous because of my inexperience and I don’t like people touching my feet. She was very gentle yet firm. I would definitely recommend this spot for a guy with not so hot feet. Thanks for the great service, John
They rush on your nails, are very aggressive handling your hands, and overcharge you by tipping themselves without your permission. I got acrylic nails that were barely past my nail bed and got a solid color and was charged $50. I could tell the guy was shady when he took my card without telling me the price first and then was covering up the price on the receipt as I was trying to TIP ANYWAY and sign. I think they are prejudice against certain groups of people and assume you aren’t going to tip based on your skin color. Also, they try to tell you what YOU want instead of listening and providing you with good service.
In town visiting and wanted to get my nails done, they had an easy book online tool that made it easy for same day appointments. Jay was amazing and very well spoken. She did exactly what I wanted with my nails with good quality. 10/10 you should stop in and get a great service.
I walked in with a set of nails from a different salon that looks completely botched. They were lumpy look like they were two days overgrown not filed correctly not the correct shape just overall the horrible. I asked the manager if they were fixable at all she did the best that she could to fix them for me and they look amazing, I’m so grateful. Thank you so much. The First six pictures or the botch snail, and the last two were the amazing end product that the manager was able to do for me
