I stopped at Vinh’s today completely by chance, and I’m glad I did. I needed quick advice about whether the screw back style on my Indian earrings could be replaced with regular gold or silver backs. They answered immediately, saved me time, and understood exactly what I was asking — which isn’t always the case with traditional Indian jewellery. That alone made the visit worthwhile. But what made the stop truly memorable was an unexpected purchase. I noticed a purple jade good luck pendant and couldn’t help thinking of my nephew, who’s dealing with a medical situation. I didn’t even know jade came in purple, but the moment I saw it, it felt right — meaningful, protective, and special. It was one of those pieces that finds you at the exact moment you need it. Vinh’s turned out to be a lovely discovery in West Edmonton Mall: helpful, knowledgeable, and carrying pieces you don’t see everywhere. I’m grateful I walked by when I did and will come through with my fav priceless earrings that I do not want to lose!!
