I was pretty sick when I walked in. Lovely gal w the beautiful red hair at reception welcomed me with care and attention:) Dawn, the nurse got me set up and comfortable and was thorough and kind. Dr.DeMarco chatted with me, and asked some good questions. He gave me a breathing treatment, and it worked. I feel better than when I walked in. He was thoughtful about prescribing next steps, and meds. And frankly, I loved it. I felt excellently taken care of from start to finish, and I would like to wish these lovely medical professionals all the wellness to surround them. Thank you Vybe on S Broad St! You improved my quality of like today. 🙏🏼 Hopefully, I’ll be laughing without feeling like I’m coughing up a lung, very soon:) 😂
I really appreciated the atmosphere and customer service I received, you know some people might not be rude it just be the overall attitude and these people had good attitudes …no one seemed tired, socially drained, and no one seemed to hate their job. Fastest I’ve been in and out of an urgent care 👍 remember you might run into a person who takes customer service very seriously and that is me, I ALWAYS write reviews.
I honestly don’t remember the last time I felt this comfortable at an urgent care. From the reception staff to the nurse Jacky and the doctor Benerjee, everyone was genuinely friendly and kind—not just routine or scripted greetings. The clinic was very clean, and the whole experience felt caring and respectful. I truly appreciated the atmosphere here.
I was at home trying to make a delicious feast. Rushing the job. I was using a mandolin knowing full well that I should be using the guard. As I quickly buzz through these potatoes, I had the guard set in between 1/8 and 1/16 that potato slipped and out with my thumb and off a thin layer went of the skin clean down to the meat of my thumb. My thumb starts bursting into bloody squirts. I wrap it up thinking that the blood will stop almost 2 hours later still didn’t stop. I go into urgent care and these people were wonderful the girl at the counter so nice so friendly she took it upon herself to fill out the form for me she went and took my ID took my insurance card and did all the work. All I had to do was sit down such a pleasant experience. I get to the back my nurses in the back lovely joked around. We all laughed at how stupid I was and then my PA comes in lovely guy. Also cleaning me up nicely sent me on my way in and out of the place with in an hour great place to go.
A stellar and incredibly efficient experience from start to finish! It was convenient, every staff member I interacted with was helpful and kind, the PA provided me with great comprehensive information and made sure all my questions were answered and I left with a solid plan of care. Probably one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had, especially considering it was NYE and they were closing early.
