Vybe Urgent Care on Spring Garden is one of my go-to places when I’m not feeling well. Their professionalism, responsibility, and kindness are simply unmatched. When you visit them, you’re treated with such respect that makes you want to return to the same place, especially when you’re feeling under the weather. I truly appreciate their exceptional service.
Stopped in as a walk in, nurses at the front desk were kind and prompt. I got signed in and sent back within 15 minutes of arrival. Doctor took no longer than 5 minutes to stop in after nurse collected vitals. Everyone was kind and professional, the facilities were pristine and overall a great experience.
Amazing Service, the Doctor was such a wonderful individual, so helpful, informative. Definitely caring staff, and the people there do work, and serve the people. Honestly, so grateful for the medical attention I received. I went in for a 2nd degree burn, got the medication I need to prevent infection and ointment. The service I received was terrific. I’ve had good experiences at the South Philly Vybe, but my experience at Spring Garden was not a positive one. The doctor was very rushed during my appointment and I had to repeatedly ask her to do what my appointment was for (it was an ear cleaning for a wax buildup). She didn’t listen as I explained my symptoms and was surprised when she finally did the flush and realized I did have stuff in there. I felt like she just wanted to get me out of her office and on to the next patient. I left without receiving the care I came in for. I would not recommend going here, it’s not worth any $ or time. The front desk attendant was so friendly and attentive, that’s why I gave 1 star!! She was great.
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT on their Website! They take walk-ins, but then you make an appointment when you're there. And Appointments are given priority. The PA was excellent (Christine) and summarized the diagnosis clearly. I went on a Sunday morning... you want to go as early as possible as they get lots of people by 11am. The paperwork on a tablet was relatively easy and painless. Other staff were competent... it's Philadelphia so you don't always get the friendliest greetings... but the location was convenient for me... I would recommend this Urgent Care, especially if you have to go on a Sunday...
