Olivia is an amazing, certified practitioner… incredibly grounding, encouraging, welcoming, and always open to feedback and supportive throughout class. The studio is beautiful, on the grass, under palms, overlooking western ocean sky… 🌅 yoga mat rentals available (at fare harbor checkout) if you’re traveling light. Check times/days to ensure you’re on the same page, owner is very detailed. Expect an email to arrive with details. Ride-share or park to aquarium and walk right down boardwalk towards barefoot beach cafe, (public restrooms here) over to the vine covered picnic tables in Kapiʻolani Park. If you’re using a rideshare, leave earlier than you think because traffic into Waikiki at that hour can be busy… I recommend arriving by 5 to take in the surroundings and mentally prepare before entering the space. Five stars all around… Namaste 🙏🏻
I took the sunset yoga class and it was easily one of the best things I did in O’ahu. The guide was lovely and tailored the class to the students there. After such a busy trip, this gentle flow was just what I needed. The location was stunning, the guide (Olivia) was knowledgeable and kind, and the cost was very reasonable. I can’t wait to come back and buy their multi-class pass. I wish I could do that class every day.
We did a sunset yoga session and a mindfulness hike with Beach Sunset Yoga Hawaii and I'm so glad we did! The yoga session was a great experience, even for a beginner like me—Olivia was super welcoming and easy to follow. The mindfulness hike was next level! Immersing ourselves in nature with Karen’s thoughtful insights brought a new perspective and calmness that stayed with us for days after. She even led us through a meditation at the waterfall which was amazing! She is such a kind and warm soul. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re looking to add serenity and a deeper connection to nature to your Hawaii experience!
I had the pleasure of enjoying a sunset yoga session on the beach. The location is ideal with palm trees, the breeze, and a great instructor. I am not a pro, so I was a little nervous going in, but there was no reason to be as the class has people of all age groups and levels. I had a great time strengthening my core, focusing on my breathing, and trying new poses. There was no pressure to push too hard and just being there brought me back to my center. Recommend to everyone!
¡Waikiki Beach Yoga & Yoga Hikes es el mejor yoga en Honolulu! Las clases están justo en la playa y son tan relajantes. Cada instructor es increíble a su manera y realmente te ayuda a expandir tu potencial. Y no solo eso, sino que las caminatas son igual de increíbles. Karen nos llevó en una caminata de yoga de atención plena que fue como ninguna otra caminata que haya hecho. ¡Esto es imprescindible para cualquiera que venga a Oahu de vacaciones y también para los locales!
