I hired this very expensive law firm to assist me with a Parental Alienation/Child Custody case and they completely screwed me. They are very expensive, and I thought that meant they would be accountable and professional but that was not my experience. I was 1st assigned a lawyer who actually laughed when I told her my situation instead of showing empathy. Then after months of mediation and court filings and meetings, she proceeded to miss a court deadline that she didn't even tell me about until after the fact and we basically had to start the process over. I received no compensation or even an apology. She was either let go or quit because I got a phone call after not hearing from her for a month from another member of their team. They then proceeded to ask me for another retainer after not doing a damn thing for me. LSS: I lost my case and I now pay child support to a parent who continues to break the Custody agreement. I'm sure this firm has done great work for others, especially those who can throw $55k+ at a problem and make it go away. My time and money was disposable to this firm and I'm worse off because of dealing with them.
Raya Jackson represented me in court. She did an amazing job. Amazing attorney to work with. She knew the law well and pounced like a lion in court. Got my case resolved quickly! If I had to pick an attorney to represent me in any situation it would be her!
Luisa Garcia and Brian Gilbreath, PLLC went out of their way to help me. My situation was a bit unique and they took the time and effort to try and help me sort it out. Brian took the time to hear. After we spoke he recognized that I needed council in a different area. They helped guide me thru the process to locate an attorney that could assist.
