The staff are friendly and helpful. However, I was charged $250 for cleaning out dust and applying new thermal paste to my processor, which seems pretty excessive. The cost of materials is minimal, and I can't conceive how labour costs would amount to this. I'm sure they're great for more complex repairs, but if you suspect you've got an easily resolvable issue, I'd recommend you do it yourself or find somewhere cheaper.

Super fast and kind service! Erickson checked my laptop for free and explained everything clearly. Sadly the motherboard didn’t make it, but she’ll be remembered forever 🪦💻😭rip my bb

came in because i was worried that the new RAM stick i had put into my PC didn't correlate with my other existing stick and was making my programs crash. he took it in and called me later that day saying that the issue was a "virus". it was a little vague because he didn't really say what caused it or where it was from, but i let him go ahead and fix it anyways. it was ready by the next day around noon and he also told me that he exchanged the RAM for 2 new ones. it's been around 3 days since and everything works smoothly now! this all costed me $180, i'm unsure if this is a high or low price for this kind of fix. overall, i had a great experience and would recommend him to anyone having issues with their PC. :)

Had a great experience at WangPC when I found out my laptop keeps having back screen issue with just a mouse. Then the problem turned into blue screen every time I tried to boot up. I could not even reinstall everything and had to find someone for help. This is my first experience for computer repairs, and I did find it expensive at first when I heard $180 for reinstalling the pc. However, I knew the problem was not so easy, and he also ran into the same issue as I did. With that said, he still tried multiple attempts and found the one that worked on my laptop. Additionally, he helped deep clean my laptop which had severe fan issues. The whole process took 2 hours and he charged me the same amount as we agreed on. I have no complaints about the whole experience, he indeed fixed my problem and provided additional advice that could be helpful for my laptop health. I would recommend going to this place for serious laptop problem that you cannot fix. For the random problems, I would also recommend calling their numbers for advice and guidance before you try to fix it yourself!

The staff of this store has no skills, they charged me $280, not only didn't fix the high cpu temperature and heat dissipation problem, but also caused the lights of alienware laptop to be damaged, even my laptop couldn't boot up after they dismantled it, which is something that I never encountered before, and I didn't even hear the word "sorry". I finally took the laptop to micro center and solved all the issues, the repairman just told me "ROG and Alienware need a pro to repair”after hearing my experience.
