This place is gorgeous and clean. There are so many services offered but I was just there for the bathhouse portion. The sauna, steam room, hot tub, and cool pool were clean and had plenty of space. The rest room had tea and water plus plenty of resting space for when you need a break from the water. I definitely will be coming back and want to book a service this next time.
UPDATE: I connected with the GM at Watershed after posting my initial review. She generously offered me another chance to get a massage at the spa. This second massage from Savita was great. Appreciate the compassionate customer service from Sandy and the desire to make things right following a less than stellar first experience. Lovely space and ambiance, but I had the worse massage of my life here with Izzy. I told her what I wanted (long overdue for massage, going through a lot of stress, seeking moderate to hard pressure). Immediately, she used a very light touch. I asked for more pressure, and she obliged but it was still very light. I repeatedly asked her 4-5 times for more pressure but she really never did and I was tired of asking 20min into it. She seemed distracted, uninterested throughout. It was a two hour massage that had been gifted to me. I will not be returning here. 😭
I had an absolutely amazing time. There is an elevator, a wheelchair accessible changing room, and a lift for the cold plunge and the soak pool. The relaxation room was wheelchair accessible too. For the saunas, I recommend looking at the photos and videos, I would not bring my chair in them. The vibes were perfect, everything had low lights and warm undertones. If it was too dark to say read your locker code they had flashlights. They also have everything you need, you only need to bring your swim suit. They have a body size towel, small “face towels”, salt scrub, sandals, water, tea, lotion, yoga mats, and more all included with the base price.
I’m just obsessed with this place. If I could be here every day I would. I’ve seen a lot of the different therapist and they’ve all been wonderful. Everyone has a different style but specifically I’ve been seeing Izzy regularly for the last year and she’s so sweet and down to earth and does a really great job at paying attention to my body and putting in special care where it is needed. She clearly really takes pride in her work and does a great job. When I don’t see her for too long, I regret it! She’s great. I really appreciate the hard work that goes in to this space and intentionality from the service providers here.
What an amazing spot! I’ve been here before for a yoga class and bathhouse experience so when I was looking for a birthday idea, this was the spot. They book out fast for private events so I was sure to correspond fast this year. The event coordinator was very responsive and covered all the bases. Once we arrived, the staff was incredible from top to bottom, set up all my guests, food, beverage and music. The space was beyond what everyone expected. Everyone had a good time and it was nice to have something different for our group. Our 3 hour reservation was a great amount of time. The late night soak was perfect for everyone to go home and relax into bed. Thanks again to the wonderful staff. They encouraged a good time and were available the entire time with any needs. 1000% would recommend this activity to everyone!
