Nice book store, not usually a book reader but got myself a couple to read
Felt like I was in Barnes and Noble in the US. Modern, beautiful, and a wonderful selection of books all arranged in different genres and alphabetically. Staff were fabulous and I got to try their click and collect system. Fab! 💛
Good choice of books. Excellent service. Staff worked off their feet with the build up to christmas, but still able to help people who needed assistance. Top job.

A fabulous addition to Forestside and very much long overdue. Wish it had a cafe/seated area but obviously they don’t have the space. Other cafes are noisy but Waterstones cafe are relatively quiet so you can sit and relax reading a book. Really friendly and cheery staff. Customers also really friendly. My thanks to the gent who told me the book I was buying was phenomenal and he recommended the author’s other book - on offer as buy one get one half price. The place was heaving with people. It really is brilliant to have this store as it saves travelling into Belfast city centre and, apart from Sainsburys, there was no book store in Forestside.
