Wave is the only place I come to for my beauty needs. I have even gone to korea for beauty but honestly, i prefer coming to Wave! Wendy is super nice and technical, and i really appreciate her attention to detail and how she takes the time to explain procedures so that I understand fully. Wendy makes sure that I am happy with results and goes the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Definitely come here and ask for Wendy for your beauty needs!
I really enjoyed my experience at Wave Plastic Surgery San Francisco location. I did Morpheus 8 treatment and monthly facial here. The staff are super professional and lovely, especially Annie. Would highly recommend anyone who’s interested!
Wave provides excellent customer care. People here are very professional and good at what they do. Jenna is super, not only is she technically good, she does a great job explaining the procedure. I highly recommend their service. Isabella and Alice are great at customer care. Thank you!
I love my facial care experience here. Only place in San Francisco that does microneedling right. I get it with PRP + exosomes and have done 2 microneedling sessions along with a facial. My skin glows! I’m going to be doing more and keeping up with this because as I age, it’s table stakes at this point. This is the only place in the Bay Area that preps your face first with a hydrating facial before doing microneedling. So your face is well hydrated before the treatment. And they really take their time and do not rush you through the treatment. I love Kathy who does my facials. Her facial massages give such a great lift! Who needs Botox when Wendy can do such a great job with her facial massages :) and Wendy does my microneedling treatment. I love how careful and methodical she is with them and explains every step to me. Love Alice who takes care of me and explains all the packages and pricing for me. Overall, the staff is great and love the customer care and attention to detail. I’m going to be a long term client for sure!
Super happy with my experience here! I got Botox, Ultherapy, and a few other treatments, and everything turned out great. Jenna was my injector, and she’s honestly the best—super nice, patient, and absolutely stunning. She really took the time to explain everything and gave me some solid advice without making me feel pressured. The whole process was smooth, and I felt totally comfortable the entire time. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and has a really nice vibe. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. My results look natural and refreshed, exactly what I wanted. Definitely coming back and highly recommend Jenna if you’re thinking about getting anything done!
