Service was amazing. All the stages greeted me with a smile and were extremely polite. They guided me through all the options and gave me the most suited one for my car. Then they cleaned my car amazingly, without any error. The collection of the car was easy and efficient. Very pleased.
Paid $99 for an exterior wash, but visible stains on the front were still there when I picked up the car. Staff said the stains were “inside the paint,” and only after I complained did the manager reluctantly re-clean it, while being rude and repeatedly asking, “Are you satisfied now?” Very unprofessional service.
Service - Self serve car wash Expensive pricing. Works out to $1 = 30 seconds. Minimum cost for card is $7, and it takes a minimum of $4 cash to start the machine (first car wash I've seen with a cash minimum). Colouring dye. The "tri-colour foam" is really just foam with heaps of colouring. It ended up staining anything it touched, including my shirt and hands. I'd rather have a normal foam that just does the job than one that looks nice and pink... Time warning, there is none. On the self serve there's no 1 minute beep or anything similar when you're starting to run out of time. Expect to need to top up the machine with a full purchase again if you run out (once again, min $4 cash or $7 card). I cannot recommend going here for self service, and if you have too, just use the high pressure rinse and call it a day.
Interesting pricing where you add on the options you want. I added most of the choices and ended up spending around $300. For that, I expected the car to be clean. They had cleaned it, but there were parts that had not been done. I had to point those out when I collected and then wait a further 15 minutes. I felt as if the comprehensive option was a waste of money
