Loved my service here! My waxer was awesome and I was very happy with my results. That said, it may be beneficial for those at the front to work on their approach, given that sometimes people just want to sit in silence and have had a bad day. While I appreciate the effort to be kind, it is important to respect customers boundaries and be responsive to evident cues of discomfort.
I rarely write reviews, but I’m sharing this as a precaution for anyone considering laser treatments. After completing eight sessions without issue and having positive experiences with professional, welcoming staff, I unfortunately sustained second-degree burns during my final Brazilian laser session. I believe this was due to improper settings used by the technician. The burns were extremely painful, required medical attention, and are healing slowly with a possibility of lasting scarring. While I was offered a refund and products, the injury should never have occurred and, in my view, was entirely preventable. I also did not receive follow-up responses to several questions I raised afterward. I chose Waxon because I trusted I would be treated by properly trained professionals and wouldn’t have to worry about being burned. Although I did have good experiences here, this outcome was unacceptable. Laser treatments can be uncomfortable, but unbearable burning may indicate incorrect settings. If the pain is extreme let the technician now asap. I want others to be aware that these risks do exist. They are completely preventable and should simply not occur.

I’ve been going to WAXON for over a year now, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The level of professionalism, comfort, and care is always top-notch, which is especially important for someone like me with sensitive skin. The team has been incredibly helpful in recommending the right at-home care products, and I’ve seen great results because of their advice. Every visit is warm, friendly, and welcoming. I’ve seen comments in other reviews about staff turnover, but that hasn’t reflected my experience at all—every team member I’ve encountered has been professional, skilled, and genuinely lovely. They’re also very accommodating, whether it’s adding on a service when I arrive or adjusting my appointment time if I happen to be in the area earlier than planned. That flexibility makes a big difference. The only minor downside (and not at all the business’s fault) is parking when there’s a big event at Lansdowne—but that’s a small trade-off for such consistently great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WAXON.
Amazing first visit! This was my first time visiting, and the customer service was incredible from the moment I walked in right up to the end. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite, and they made me feel completely comfortable asking any questions. I was so impressed and satisfied with the overall experience that I ended up purchasing a membership before leaving. Highly recommend!
