We had an issue with the height of the one we originally rented(it was too tall for the venue), and the guys didn’t think twice to accommodate our needs and drove back to pick the one that fit perfectly. We Jump delivers—literally and figuratively! Ordering online was super easy, everything was dropped off at our door, and pickup the next day was just as smooth. The chairs were great quality and our guests were really comfortable!

My mom rented this bounce house but it rained that date. They transferred the reservation to a different location so we could use it for my son’s 5th birthday months later. I rented from 2-6 on a Sat. They came early- around 1230 to set up and said we could keep it until Monday without an additional charge. My son had the best bday ever and the next day got to jump more!!
