They came out and tuned up our door and replaced the bottom seal. All done in a timely and professional manner. And they were able to come the same day that we called!
Matthew V was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Was honest about what needed fixed. Definitely recommend him if you need a gate repair like we did.
Jordan was absolutely awesome. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy ar all. He gave us the recommendations that we required to fix our doors. Finance options are fast and clear. He was clean thruout the process and the all day job was absolutely awesome. We are truly grateful to have Jordan for our Wilborn rep. Our previous rep has moved on. Welborn Garage Door did an outstanding job! Nicholas came out to replace my springs and had everything taken care of quickly and professionally. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated the fast service and the confidence of knowing the job was done right. Highly recommend their team if you need garage door service!
Josh was amazing! Spent time explaining all my options, no hard sell on any. Described my current issues, and also future possibilities going forward. Comparing prices of all options. Very informative, friendly and thorough. The above review by me was never ever written by me since I had a most terrible experience with Josh and most of the personnel except for Jordan at Welborn Garage Doors. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
