Every time I walk into this spa, my stress and strain from the day just drop away. Everyone is kind, calm and caring. The massage therapists I've had, Natalie and Chris, have both been great. My facial was also excellent. I am now a monthly member and plan regular visits. I highly recommend this spa!
The studio was SO welcoming and calming. The vibes were very comforting. The front desk people greeted us as soon as we stepped foot in the door, and knew who we were. The massage therapists were very friendly and welcoming. They asked questions and explained what they were going to do, and made sure we were comfortable. The massage was amazing and felt very nice. They also told us what aftercare to do, which i didn't know was a thing! The whole experience was a 10/10. I would come back
Worth every penny! I love the staff! Best place in Richmond! Anna is a true healer and an amazing soul. Haley who does the facials is another incredible person. Clair and Amanda at the front desk are so sweet. Communication with them is so easy and I couldn’t be happier with the all around service.
I was not impressed with Sky! There was very little relief from the knots in my shoulders. She only did surface massage without attempting to truly move the knots. I explained before hand that my knots in the shoulder were my main focus and that recently I had not been able to find anyone to help. I had to tell her I wanted to sleep in order for her to stop asking me questions. She came to lounge to get me right at 5pm, and ended the massage exactly at 6pm, which included our consultation. I had asked when I made appointment if the consultation was included in the hour, and was told "no." When it was over she told me that I really did have a lot going on in my shoulders, and she would suggest a longer massage time. I do not plan to return.
From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff makes you feel welcome and cared for. The atmosphere is warm, professional, and relaxing. Elexxis, my massage therapist, is truly amazing. She has an incredible gift for knowing exactly what areas need attention, and she takes her time to ensure you leave feeling renewed and restored. She listens, is attentive, and her technique always leaves me feeling so much better both physically and mentally. It’s rare to find a place where every detail is handled with such care, but Well Into Life really delivers. I’m so grateful for Elexxis and the entire team—they’ve made self-care something I look forward to. Highly recommend!
