Today I received my first ever massage from Rose and I loved it. Rose treated me kindly and respectfully in a situation that I didn't know exactly what to expect. I was comfortable and my slightly achy body feels much better now. Technically, I felt she was very skilled. Thank you Rose and I would recommend this to anyone in general especially athletes and those who physically work hard for a living or at home. Great gift ideas as well.
I was gifted a spa day here and had a gel mani, signature pedicure, and pre-natal massage last wednesday. The WELL Spa is very nice, I enjoyed the atmosphere and all of the folks who I interacted with. Unfortunately, it has been less than 6 days and my gel manicure is already chipping. I am pretty disappointed with this as I've never had a gel manicure chip so soon (and I've also never paid as much for a gel mani!). I had a great massage from Rachel and would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a relaxation-style massage experience.
I had a facial at the Well Spa + Salon at the Pfister Hotel and it was a truly relaxing and luxurious experience. The spa is beautiful, calm, and very welcoming. I loved having a glass of champagne before my treatment—it made the experience feel extra special. The facial was very professional and left me feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend!
I had my third massage session with Tim—a 120-minute “Relax Me” and it was exceptional. Each session continues to surpass the last, reflecting Tim’s consistent skill and thoughtful approach. Each experience has been carefully tailored to my needs and I’m already looking forward to my next session.
If I could give the WellSpa more than 5 stars, I would. I scheduled hair and makeup services for 12 people for my wedding. Not only did they communicate effectively throughout the entire process, Juliah was great with making sure everyone got the services they needed within the time permitted on the day of our wedding. I also want to give extra thanks to Sarah, my bridal hair and makeup specialist. I met her in October when we did my trial. I have acne prone skin which made the makeup application portion difficult. She stayed an hour past our appointment time to try different techniques to get the foundation to sit well on my face. I attended a concert after my trial, and the makeup held up during the entire night! We also tried a French twist hairstyle, and while she executed the style to match the inspiration photo, I was having second thoughts in the days after the trial. I emailed and asked if I could schedule a second trial, to which she offered more time on the day of my wedding to change things up if needed! I appreciate her flexibility and willingness to adapt in the moment. My hair and makeup held up all night! We also had a couples massage the morning after our wedding, which was amazing and exactly the relaxation that we needed. I highly recommend Sarah and the rest of the staff at the WellSpa staff for your event and spa needs.
