Fantastic vets, you can tell they really care. In my experience, it doesn’t seem like they push you to make decisions that would be in THEIR financial interest, rather, what would be the wisest and most affordable plan for you and your pet. My cat had asthma, and Dr.Elswick explored numerous options to help me find the most affordable company to order his inhaler. They kept in touch regarding his illness, frequently texting me and responding promptly to any concerns I had. While he has since passed, I will continue to use this vet in the future. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have been taking my rabbit Buggs to Wellesley for years, he was a rescue with a tilted head and many health issues. I lost Buggs a few weeks ago. The entire staff was very caring and had so much compassion. They let me spend as much time with him as needed and even sent a card to me signed by the entire staff. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for making such a sad situation easier. Meant so much💕💕 Terri Watson
If we could give a 0 star we would! Firstly, I'll say Dr Kelly, the one who retired was AMAZING! She took the time to get onto the floor and let my dog sniff her and get comfortable with her. As I've learned, not all veye do that! We took both of our dogs in a couple of weeks ago and they just completely forgot to take my older dogs blood (we paid for it) so we had to make an hour round trip to take her back to get her blood drawn. As far as our other big dog....he was very nervous, I'll give the staff that. But never has a vet been afraid of him! They put a muzzle on him when they took him to another exam room, and didn't even bother to tell me that it was put on. Completely unprofessional! When we got home, I noticed a mass behind one of his teeth (only because it was bleeding after we played ball in the yard). This clinic completely missed the mass, and there's literally no way you could miss it if they had even looked. I want the exam fee returned to us, because I am going to have to take him to yet another vet. When I expressed this to Wesley they blew me off and acted like $90 isn't a big deal. I'll say his bill was over $300 and all they did was aspirate a sebaceous cyst to make sure it wasn't cancerous. I have the slightest clue how this visit was over $300 and they didn't even do anything besides the aspiration of a bump on his side. If you're looking for a vet, keep looking bc these people are completely out for your money. We've lived in many states, therefore have had many vets and NONE have cost us HUNDREDS each time we have a vet visit! They didn't even apologize and honestly they did absolutely nothing for us besides make us angry and to not trust just any vet! One more thing to add....the lady who called me, had the audacity to laugh after I had said something to her. Seriously people.....STAY AWAY FROM WESLEY ANIMAL HOSPITAL! You'll just come out broke with no answers! (Added pictures below.... please tell me how a trained veterinarian would miss this?!)
They were able to fit us in their schedule the same day we rescued our new boy and that meant soo much. He needs a lot of special care and attention and Wellesley Animal Hospital is always there to provide that, and so much more. The only people who love our rescue babies as much as us are the staff at Wellesley Animal Hospital.
