I had a very disappointing experience at Werschler Aesthetics. The customer service was extremely poor, especially with Pam, which made the whole visit uncomfortable and frustrating. From start to finish, I felt dismissed and not cared for. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or professionalism.

I met with Dr Werschler regarding laser treatment options. He was both thorough and thoughtful in his extensive explanation of various laser treatments. I never felt Rushed during this appointment and all my questions were answered. Great bedside manner! I also met with Pam regarding Botox and she was ultimately professional as well along with having great information for better skin. I cannot say enough about the staff and what a warm, friendly atmosphere it is.

Pam is truly an artist. She listens carefully to what I want, offers thoughtful recommendations, and always delivers natural, beautiful results. I consistently get compliments on my lips and skin. If you’re looking for a skilled, kind injector and a clinic that makes you feel like a valued client every time, look no further.
