Letting you know up front, I have not actually taken my bike in for repair yet, however just got off the phone with Kevin and he was amazing: polite, patient and accommodating. I've called multiple repair shops trying to find someone willing to work on my Chinese knock-off motorcycle. Many never answered their phones nor returned the messages I left. Others just scoffed at my questions and threw in some attitude. Kevin on the other hand, answered on the first ring, listened to my request and gave me a rundown on how we would proceed. Pretty damn awesome. I will update my review after the work is completed, but already feel completely assured the bike will be in good hands!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at West Coast Motorcycles—they truly went above and beyond in every way possible. I brought my bike in for a fork seal service, and from start to finish, the entire team delivered phenomenal service and unmatched quality. The staff here aren’t just mechanics—they’re riders, enthusiasts, and incredibly knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about your bike and your safety. They took the time to walk me through every step of the process, explaining what was needed and why, without pushing unnecessary work or upsells. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty and transparency in the industry. Not only did they handle the fork seals perfectly, but they also inspected and fine-tuned other components without me even asking, just because they take pride in their work. You can tell they treat every bike like it’s their own. Everyone I interacted with—from Kevin the owner to the techs in the back—was kind, respectful, and patient. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is at the core of what they do. If you’re looking for a shop that combines skill, integrity, and heart, this is the place. I won’t take my bike anywhere else. Highly recommended!
These guys are the absolute best. They care enough to make sure that you are always safe while offering maximum performance. Don't waste your time at another motorcycle shop just come straight here.
Awesome shop! Super speedy and super helpful. Can’t be more thankful for how fast they got my bike back up and you can’t beat their prices. Jerimiah and Matt are the best!
These guys know what they are doing and will bend over backwards to make sure your ride is perfect for you. They are the only people I will let touch my motorcycle. Riding is already dangerous enough without having to question if your shop put all the bolts back in or not. WCC will never let you down.
