These are reviews that I love to give. That's because the rating scale of 1-5 does not go high enough to correctly convey the results of our experience. We brought to Rick 4 out of 6 dining room chairs that we bought and that came in boxes needing "minor assembly" (yeah, right!). I put together the first two chairs and that was enough to convince me that I lacked the skills, time, tools, and patience to assemble the remaining 4 chairs and needed a "chair assembly rescue". Fortunately for me, Rick and his team provided the needed rescue, and we now have an amazing set of 6 dining room chairs to go with our recently remodeled kitchen/eating area. So hats off and a big shout out to West Coast Refinishing who not only produced an amazing set of dining room chairs for us, but probably saved our marriage! If you ever have any kind of furniture (with "furniture" being loosely defined to include anything wood and/or upholstered) that needs TLC all the way up to reassembly, contact West Coast Refinishing and turn the project over to them. And rest peacefully in the knowledge that you are in better hands than "you know who".

Rick did an amazing job transforming our blah dining table into a vibrant counter height table that fits perfectly with our Key West themed sunroom. The pride he has in his work exceeds all that we expected, and his price was fair. Rick, we can't thank you enough and recommend you highly.

I cannot be happier with the job that Rick did on my dining table. I was so nervous because it was a family heirloom, it had to be perfect. Rick was funny and lighthearted but he took his work seriously. He listened to me and respected my concerns. I could have cried when I saw the completed finish. It was so gorgeous! He really hit it out of the ballpark! The dining table that had been in my family for generations was brought back to its original beauty.

Rick did a fantastic job refinishing my thirty year old oak bedroom furniture. He meticulously took it apart sanded it to bare wood and restored it so it looks brand new. His workmanship is exceptional and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
