Hands down the best auto body shop on St Louis County. Rob and Carrie and their staff are the best! Everyone is friendly and super responsive. I haven't even begun to mention the quality of their work! Their Body shop is fantastic! They do top-notch, quality work. They do all the heavy lifting with insurance companies if necessary. And complete all repairs in a timely manner. Can't recommend them enough!

Rob and his team do excellent work with great attention to detail. They aren’t satisfied until everything is perfect. In addition, they are extremely pleasant to deal with and keep you updated on the progress of your job. West County Auto Body handled all the negotiations and paperwork with my insurance company. I have been going there for about 30 years. I go there because I don't know very much about car repairs and don't want to be scammed. Several times over the years I tried other places, but all too often I received suspicious repair estimates. I would then go to West County Auto body and discover that I didn't need the expensive work that was being recommended to me. So I save a lot of money by not having unnecessary repairs being performed. I also save money because their prices are reasonable. In addition they have good customer service.
Wanted some odd pieces on my jeep mods to be color matched. Couldn’t be happier with the job West County Auto Body did! I think the pieces look great and really make the mods stand out. Plus, all items were finished very quickly.
Absolutely AMAZING experience!! I took my Mustang GT to West County Auto body when I rear ended someone and they did a phenomenal job on the repairs. They were professional, efficient and delivered quality work in a timely manner. Rob and Amy were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had during the process. All of the staff went the extra mile to make sure my car was returned to me in pristine condition, and I could not be happier!! My car looks better than ever!
