Dr. Dorn and the staff did a wonderful job of getting us in for an emergency appointment for our parakeet. Everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. It can be so hard finding an avian vet, let alone one who is as accommodating and nice as Dr. Dorn. We are very thankful that they were able to help us!

I rescued a sick pigeon and brought it here because they were the only vet I could find that saw birds and I could get to via public transportation. They were very kind. Even though I was walk in with a feral pigeon they still saw them within twenty minutes of me walking in the door. These are incredibly compassionate people, who also prepared me for the potential worst.

Enjoyed our experience at West Lib Animal Hospital. During our brief visit for a checkup for our cat, we were greeted with smiles. Parking is tight but, folks, this is Dormont. Doc was quick and to the point, yet courteous.

My first time here and I love it already. It was very nice. All the staff were SUPER nice and the one gentleman at the desk came over and gave my Bearded Dragon a whole bunch of scratches and attention. We came here for a casual checkup, non urgent and we were seen in a very reasonable amount of time. Matter of fact there was only one person ahead of us. When it was our turn, we took Mikey(the dragon) back to the exam room. Sat for MAYBE 30 seconds and then Dr. Dorn came in. He was very professional, handled my dragon with care, and gave him a clean bill of health. They also gave us a handout of typical bearded dragon care. 10/10 Recommend. Will definitely be going back.

My mom took her birds here. I want to continue her CAG parrot 's care here. I love this animal hospital. The staff are very polite, hospitable, caring and knowledgeable. I love Dr. Dorn.
