The selection is always fresh, elegant, and fashion-forward, making it easy to put together outfits that feel both timeless and on trend. The quality is amazing, and you can tell a lot of care goes into curating every single piece. It’s my go-to spot whenever I want something special, and I always leave feeling inspired. Im the owner of a small brand, flabelus. The owner does not pay an invoice due to us since July 2024 and we have claimed it for several months now. She has the shoes at store and she is selling them. We are very sad for this situation and we really hope she finally paid. Its a lot of money and we wont be able to close our end of the year if she does not pay. We have sent her hundreds of emails and also spoken to her and nothing happens. Also we have offered her to pick up the shoes. But she does not let us pick them up. This is not a way to treat a small business and we trust that by reading this other small brands are warned not to do business here; its dangerous. Due to the owner replying to our comment by stating that we have made up all the story to call the attention of new clients, we have no other choice that to upload all the pictures of our exchanges and also of the prove of the shoes in the store´s website (not paid but super discounted) so that to warn everyone about this kind of behavior. We are so sad this is the treatment we are getting and we hope the owner of the store finally pays us instead of lying about the purchase she made and did not pay.
One of my favorite places to shop for my wardrobe! This hot spot is located uptown on Magazine Street. Super cutesy and quaint boutique w| some of theeeee cutest clothing from LONDON at that. Every time I visit I leave w| a nice piece. She offers lovely scents as well! Stop by if you’re ever in the area!
This past December I took a solo trip to New Orleans. After a delicious meal I wandered down the street and landed at West London Boutique. My plan to simply browse the store and leave turned into a much needed confidence booster as the owner and her assistant let me try on outfits for over an hour. You ladies have no clue how much I needed that space to feel beautiful and I will never forget the way you both made me feel and the knowledge you’ve given me on how to dress. Thank you xx
I came across West London during a trip to New Orleans and I’m so happy I did! It’s so much more than a clothing boutique. Their customer service is far beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. From their perfectly wrapped packages, to the beautiful hand-written thank you notes. I live in Iowa, but it is always the first place I shop online when I have any special occasions coming up, or just have to have something from their fun Instagram posts.
