West Omaha Chiropractic is outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely caring—you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. They’re also very accommodating with scheduling, which makes every visit easy and stress-free. My personal experience with Dr. Hope has been absolutely awesome. She is highly knowledgeable, takes the time to truly listen, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. Her treatments are effective, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. Highly recommend!

First, I would like to point out the good. Dr. Hope, thank you for helping me with my sciatica issues, and for the friendly service you provided. It was a wonderful experience while it lasted. Now, as for the bad experience that I received from West Omaha Chiropractic, I would have to say that it's the mishandling of billing and not properly informing me in a timely manner that there was a change to my insurance (even if the change was made months ago). I completely understand if this occurs once, but for it to occur four times is inexcusable. It gives the impression that hurting patients are made of money, that you simply don't care about them, your job, your billing software, or possibly all of the above. I'm glad that you were able to "take care of it", but how many times and how many patients fall victim to these "mistakes?" I hadn't received treatment in over a month, and I was STILL GETTING CHARGED. I sadly had to stop going here for treatment due to the fact that there may be another surprise balance to my account. 😕 Current and future patients, ask questions and keep track of your billing, especially here.

I followed my chiropractor of 10+ years when he joined West Omaha Chiropractic. Although his retirement was sad, the transition to another doctor was seamless. I’ve received excellent care through two different injuries (foot and leg) and continue to through regular maintenance. The support staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences regardless of who is working or what my treatment is.

My chiro, Dr. Derrick, recently transferred to this Clinic. Each time I have gone, it has been a great experience! Everybody is always greeted with a smile, the whole staff is friendly, and the facility is nice with a lot of great equipment available. I highly recommend Dr. Derrick. He has consistently helped me with different issues, and any issues I've experienced have been resolved. He will always make you feel very comfortable, he is really friendly, and he's very knowledgeable in his field. I really love that he doesn't pressure you to do a ton of sessions if they are unnecessary. They take great care of their patients! I would recommend this clinic and Dr. Derrick to anybody looking for a chiropractor, and if you haven't been to a chiropractor before, they will make sure you feel very comfortable.
