Our experience with WestCoast Living has been top-notched. Really beyond 5 stars. We first met with the team 5-years ago simply to seek for advice about selling. They took their time to give us a full scape, and impart to us what was then the most-up-to-date information about the market, and without any pressure, left us be to decide what was best for us. Fast track to now, Michelle Legaspi kept us under her wing most recently from the day we reached out to her that we decided to sell our home, to the day that we found another one that suited our family needs. She is well-informed about the past and current, and potential future, housing market, and again, educated us about it. It became very obvious that she puts in all her 101% energy as a realtor to give her clients the best service. She always came prepared with her research and studies about the houses’ geographic market. She helped us set goals that were realistic. She and her Westcoast team helped set us up for success- from de-cluttering to staging- she and Patrick did an amazing job- that we ourselves fell in love with our home again and contemplated whether to still sell! Breanne helped keep us organized too with our documents. Our home got a solid offer within 3 days of posting, well before our first Open House, which brought in more offers. Then came the hunt for a home for us to move into. We were very impressed about how at the back of her mind (and in her heart) when hand-picking a home for us to view, Michelle was always thinking about our children, and our family as a whole… this really touched us deeply. She took into consideration all the aspects we discussed at our very busy first meeting: space, layout, location, commute time, transit access, neighbourhood, possible need for renos, small and big, and of course our budget. How she remembers all these…. shows a really dedicated realtor who listens and wants only the best for her clients/friends. We experienced first-hand how she truly advocates and cares for her clients during the many back and forth transactions. She spoke up to others for our interests and needs repeatedly; and helped us keep calm and hopeful during the negotiation process. Throughout this all we were also impressed about her collegiality among the other realtors she interacted with- it shows that Michelle elevates and deeply cares about her profession, and is respected by many in her field. Within two weeks Michelle helped us acquire our future house to call home.
