Had our furnace/ac replaced this week. The guys did a great job. I'm kinda mechanical myself, so I like to watch and ask a lot of questions. They were very understanding and answered all my questions. They arrived on time and the complete install was finished by 2:30. It's just been in three days now and I love the way it works! Thanks WH&AC! I'd hire you again in a minute!
Ken was great! I really appreciated how thorough he was and how clearly he explained everything about my furnace. Other companies have given me the runaround in the past, insisting I needed a new unit—multiple times, years ago—yet here I am with the same furnace still working just fine.
Wonderful company to deal with my technician Johnny has been to my house several times and is awesome to work with he takes care of business explains things and makes everything easy as possible to manage. Just replaced our heater and water heater by Western Heating and Air Conditioning. Mike was great. He came out to quote, disclosed multiple options and went over each one in detail. I told him I was going to get other quotes and he said confidently “we’ll beat any quote”. And he was right, they did. By A LOT! When the technicians Caleb and Theron came out to do the work they were very nice and hard working. They informed me of everything they were going to do, and explained everything they did when they were done and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. Everyone I communicated with through this whole process was very professional. It was a great stress free experience and I am very impressed. I will be using this company for every future need of services they provide because they have earned my trust.
Travis and Max did a fantastic job replacing my old water heater with a new tankless water heater. It was a challenging job getting the old water heater out of a confined space, but they got it done - and the new water heater works great.
