Cydney and the Westgate Events team were incredible. From start to finish, they made our entire wedding day feel effortless. Cydney was calm, organized, and thoughtful through every step. Her attention to detail is unreal, and she handled every little moment in a way that kept me relaxed even when things around us felt chaotic. She made sure everything was perfect, every timeline was on track, and every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. Beyond being amazing at her job, she is simply a wonderful person to work with. Cydney was incredible to work with. She is very organized and knowledgeable. She listens to what you want, but also isn't afraid to tell you if something is a bad idea. She handled all of the difficult vendors so that we didn't have to. Her execution was perfect, which allowed us to enjoy our day without worrying about any details. If we had to do it over again, we would use Cydney without a doubt. We would encourage anyone looking at wedding planners to use her without hesitation. She is the best.

From researching and recommending destination venues to working seamlessly with our selected venue, sourcing top-notch vendors, and managing every small detail, Cydney brought our wedding weekend to life in ways we couldn’t have even imagined. We came to her with just a few priorities for the day and no clear overall vision—and she shaped a beautiful, personalized plan while offering expert guidance on all the many things we hadn’t even considered. One of the best parts about working with Cydney was her commitment to honoring our budget while still designing a luxurious, high-end event that felt completely like "us." She found creative ways to add personalized touches throughout the weekend, from coordinating off-menu desserts and designing bespoke lighting to organizing a private wedding morning yoga session for the bride and her friends. Every element felt intentional, thoughtful, and unforgettable. We truly can’t get over how perfect our wedding weekend was—and it’s all because of Cydney! Cydney went above and beyond when planning our wedding! We got married at a private estate, which had never been used as a venue before - we were starting from scratch. Cydney helped bring my vision to life and knew the exact vendors to use to do it. With her organizational skills, the planning process was seamless. She was also very personable, gave advice when needed, and listened to what we wanted. Cydney was easy to talk to, took away the stress, and made the whole process fun. She truly outdid my wildest dreams of a wedding!! I cannot recommend Cydney & Westgate Events enough. Best decision we made! It couldn't have been done without her!!
Cydney was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day. She came highly recommended from our DJ and it was easy to see why from our first conversation over a year before the wedding. As soon as our day of coordinator services started, she hit the ground running by taking over all vendor communication flawlessly, giving advice and guidance for our venue layout, and execution of an amazing event timeline. She made us feel so important as a couple throughout the process and at ease as a bride when I started feeling stressed. Her knowledge of the industry and expertise shows, I truly couldn’t imagine our day without her and Westgate Events. I only have the absolute best to say about our experience, 5 stars doesn’t cover it!
