Got my lips injected by Nurse Trish & left with permanent scarring. She overly injected my lips & because I was young I did not speak up & I still paid. I was told it was swelling but it was not swelling because it never went down. 3 weeks later I complained about my lips hurting badly & being overly injected.. I was then again charged a $75 dissolve fee of my top lip & still paid it - being young & naive. The dissolve left a permanent deep scar line on my lip. I should have got a full refund but instead was charged more. I’m going to make videos on tik tok about this. I am owed my money back plus future cost to try to fix this.
I cannot recommend Eric at Westlake Aesthetics & Wellness enough! He does my Botox, filler, and laser treatments—and every time I leave feeling so confident and cared for. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable, always takes the time to answer all of my questions, and makes me feel completely at ease. His work is natural, precise, and truly amazing. I’ve had nothing but great experiences and results with him. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your face, Eric is your guy!
I’ve been coming here for over a year, and it’s always such a welcoming and positive experience. The entire team is friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere every time. Eric is especially amazing, he’s incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping me feel my best. Amanda is also fantastic! She’s always so kind and attentive, making every visit even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional care and service!
Update: I’ve now seen Trish for various aesthetic treatments and Dr. Wills for wellness treatments and I couldn’t be happier. The service at Westlake is fantastic and all the providers are so friendly and personable. The front desk staff and management are super professional and very helpful with scheduling and checking out. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my aesthetics and wellness visits! I recently got a lash lift & tint and brow lamination at Westlake Aesthetics and absolutely loved the results! Amanda did such a great job - my lashes and brows stayed permed for so much longer than I expected. Very happy with her work and would def recommend if you’re considering anything eyelash / brow related!
I can't tell you how impressed I was with the level of service I received at Westlake Aesthetics & Wellness. A friend recommended it to me for custom IV Therapy infusions/Ketamine Treatment. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly. Caleb, who administered my customized liquid IV was proficient, knowledgeable and had the Midas touch. I was provided with warm blankets, the surroundings were serene and the recliners luxurious. The staff checked in with me at the right intervals. I am so happy I found this place. I could not believe the energy I felt after this first treatment. Struggling w Celiac Disease and vitamin deficiencies has been hard. Now I have hope. Great staff, environment and price points. I can't wait until my next treatment. Not all places are like this. I couldn't be more grateful for my experience.
