Easily one of the best bubble tea shops I've been to! The variety of drinks, the desserts, the cute packaging and most of all the service was amazing. I was visiting Canberra with friends for a day and honestly I wish they had branches where I am cause I would definitely be a regular.
I really enjoyed my visit to Whale Tea Canberra. The bubble tea tasted fresh and flavourful, and the pearls were soft and chewy. The cakes were light, soft, and not too sweet, which made them perfect with the tea. The place felt clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and quick to serve. It’s a nice spot to relax and enjoy a simple treat with friends.
Absolutely amazing Oreo milk tea! The flavour was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, with generous Oreo chunks in every sip. It tasted incredibly fresh and was made to perfection. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast. Hands down one of the best Oreo milk teas I’ve had—highly recommended and definitely worth coming back for! 🧋✨
Spent $18 on 2 drinks that were nearly undrinkable. They were both way too sweet, the boba pearls weren’t traditional tapioca pearls, but hardened jelly and were a disgusting texture. When we ordered, I found it difficult to ask for what I wanted because their menu was confusing and the staff member also didn’t understand what we were asking for. We were asked ‘how much sugar’ we wanted in our tea, we said none and it was way too sweet. Had to throw them away as it made me feel sick after a few sips. Horrible experience, do not recommend. Waste of money.
Bubble tea had a strange after-taste but might be due to personal preference. I ordered a lychee tea with pearls and I did not finish my drink. Would not order again.
