The food quality at this particular location is always fresh and good. However, they do stay pretty busy and sometimes they may forget items in your order, so always double check. Other than that, it's a decent Whataburger to eat at.
Convenient that they are open 24 hours, but be aware that only the drive-thru is available. The service was quite slow, which made the wait frustrating. The food was just okay at best. I ordered the breakfast sausage sandwich and hash browns; unfortunately, the potatoes were mushy and the sausage biscuit was so dry it was hard to swallow. Not the best Whataburger experience.
From what-a-burger to where’s-my-burger. Second bad experience at this location. First time was at a drive thru at night and I was the only car in line and they managed to forget my fries and I confidently drove off thinking they had everything in my bag because hey it’s Whataburger good service right? Nope. Got home and was missing fries and had to go all the way back just to get it. Second bad experience which is this morning. Ordered ahead and still waited a long time. People ordered after me and still got their food first. They also managed to mess up my coffee that had extra add ons and because I once again trusted them, I left without tasting and it was bitter with non of the vanilla extra add ons. No napkins or condiments in the bag either. Food was fresh and hot and the ONLY thing positive about this experience. Please for the love of God, just take the extra time to check to make sure everything is good. I should know, I used to work fast food specifically at Whataburger.
We walked in pretty late and had an amazing experience. From the minute we walked in the lady gave us the bathroom code as she seen we had to use the bathroom which was super nice and awesome. Then the gentleman took our order the food was delicious and hot. Great experience here. You all did an amazing job tonight we appreciate everything you all do very very much.
I'm a Midwesterner but Whataburger has its own kinds spill as its not Wendy's, The Gokden Arches or Burger King...it's WHAT-A-BURGER and that Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit is almost better than Morning Get-Down with the Squeeze 😂🤣😅😆 I know it's a Family Show...chill!!!! 🍔🍆🍑 Burger Me!!!!
