The guys working there are great. They are nice and professional. Before going through the wash, the guy took extra time to pre-spray my car in a problem area when I asked him to, which really helped it to clean up better during the car wash, although the actual car wash doesn't do the best cleaning job. But next to hand washing your car, I guess it's decent enough. Each time I've been, they do a pretty good job keeping the cleaners and rags well stocked, the trash cans are constantly being emptied. The vacuum cleaners work well. My only suggestion is that the business makes sure to have the little hanging car fresheners in stock, as well as the stickers for when you join the membership. I wasn't able to get either of those today. Another idea would be to have some smaller heads attachable to the vacuum, so that customers can vacuum more tight narrow places in their cars. But overall, it's a good place to clean your car. **Edited to add: I will add, at one point my sons told me they could not find any clean towels, but they were restocked within about 10-15 minutes. There doesn't seem to be as many towels available for use as there used to be here.

I had a great experience with Johnny! He was very helpful and professional the entire time. He took the time to listen to my issue and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing good service, but Johnny definitely does. I really appreciate his patience and positive attitude — he made my visit a lot easier.

As a customer, I can honestly say Jonathan does an amazing job! They’re hardworking, reliable, and always make sure my car looks perfect every time. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does—definitely someone with great work ethic and attention to detail. Also very friendly as well. Highly recommend!

I would give the staff here 5 stars - they’re always friendly and courteous and quick to jump in if there’s an issue. I also have never noticed any damages or swirl marks and I hope that means the equipment is kept in good shape, which honestly is the most important thing for me and what keeps me coming back. The carpet mat auto cleaner is a nice touch too. But unfortunately the wash itself leaves a lot to be desired, especially at this price point. I typically get the Diamond Plus ($30/wash but I am on the monthly unlimited plan) and don’t really notice the difference as whatever seal/coating is used either wears off very quickly (I wash weekly or biweekly) or is just a gimmick. My wheels always come out smudged with dirt so afterwards I need to do a thorough wipedown so the wheel cleaning doesn’t really work and causes me more work if anything. Usually I need to also wipe down any bugs or bird droppings as those rarely come off. I hesitated to leave a review that was three stars but now that the towel situation has gotten worse it was the last straw for me. There usually aren’t many towels to begin with, but now you need to go to the main office to get one instead of there being convenient stations around the car wash. After most washes I get a text asking for feedback so none of this should sound new. You can usually score some nice deals for washes if you sign up for their promotions or around holiday savings so I stock up and it makes the cost more palatable but I do wish some improvements could be made. Part of it could be that it used to be a Tidal Wave wash and maybe there’s just some equipment limitations.

The last time I was here, i said something about the tire shine and how expensive it is when you’re not even getting half of what you pay for…the personnel told me that the next time was gonna be better than it was because the tire shine wasn’t working. I had to stop by here again because it was near a place that I was going to so I stopped by to clean up my mom’s car and I paid again $20 for the car wash with the tire shine and everything else With not even close at all for tire shine , the Mat cleaning machine is broken your rubber mat wash down leaves it with soap no water. this time I spoke to Brandon one of the members of the car wash place even he agreed with me of the tires were not even close to have any shine on it and that I wasn’t the only one they complained about it yet nothing has been changed. This is beyond the worst car wash in Winston Salem. I will certainly not ever coming back here and i will be sharing my experience with everyone i know not to come here. Everyone should demand their money back.
