Whitestone Fine Jewelry is our go to jewer, exceptional staff and selection of jewelry. My wife and I went to have her wedding rings serviced, we did end up finding new rings and the old rings were a little outdated and a family heirloom. They repaired the rings so we can keep them as heirlooms and did a top notch job. The new rings we found were exceptionally beautiful and my wife picked the ones she wanted. Also found a brand new watch for my self! Thank you for the great service and the wonderful new purchases!
Whitestone Jewelry did an exceptional job on a custom gold Palaoa pendant that required real care and precision. Jessie, Raúl, and Angel were thoughtful and skilled during casting and finishing, especially when it came to preserving design and surface quality. Chelsea made the process smooth with frequent communication from start to finish. I was treated as a collaborator, not just a customer, and the final piece reflects that level of care. Highly recommended.
At 19 years old and wanting to live life to its fullest I decided to purchase my first Rolex. I’ve been searching around at several places but I came across these people. Decided to walk in and was immediately warmly welcomed by Andrew. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and even engaged in a fun conversation with my father who was there aswell. Another gentleman I can’t remember the name of also engaged in conversation with us and was very entertaining and enjoyable to talk with. I walked out with my new to me and first to me 1971 Rolex Oyster Perpetual DateJust 36mm with a Jubliee Band. Everything original but without box or papers. Due to their nice service I returned with my mother 3 weeks later to sell some of her gold she had to help pay for some bills we had. We dealt with Madison who immediately greeted us as we walked in. She was very nice and found out some of my mother’s items were not gold while other pieces were. My mother agreed on the price and signed away but unfortunately as Madison was getting my mothers cash she ended up losing one of my mothers gold earrings. She apologized and told us she will cash us out for the remaining amount and will call us if she finds it or has an update for us. 30 minutes later she called after we left and stated she could not find the piece but got approval to give us the credit for it and we received the full original amount for what we were offered. While me and my mother am a little disappointed in her for loosing a gold piece, we are still extremely grateful for her helping us and giving us our full amount and didn’t blame us at all. Whitestone Jewelry is one of the most nicest jewelry stores I’ve been to in Austin and they have earned a returning customer. I plan on buying several more Rolex’s for me and my family in the near future from and have recommended them to several of my friends and coworkers who are in the market for watches and or jewelry.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about George and the entire team at Whitestone Fine Jewelry! George helped me design the custom ring of my dreams, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. He was personable, professional, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. The staff is just as amazing—special thanks to Jessie, the CAD designer, whose talent brought my vision to life. Every single team member treated me with such care, and I could truly feel that their priority was making sure I was happy and completely satisfied. I am beyond thrilled with my ring (200% happy!) and so grateful for the experience. I highly, highly recommend Whitestone Fine Jewelry to anyone looking for quality, expertise, and a team that genuinely cares about their clients.
