Calvin was a good attendant. He assisted me when I had issues paying at the terminal. He was very friendly and kind. I recommend whitewater wash to those who want a clean and shining vehicle, as well as free vacuums and towels, and very friendly staff.
Me and my friend honestly had the best car wash experience ever here. Jaydon was very helpful and pressure washed our rubber mats for us! They haven’t looked this clean in years lol. Our friend got the membership here and I can see why! I think we might get one too!
CRACKED my windshield at the Manchaca location in the drive through car-wash (the same day I bought a monthly subscription) and they took 0 responsibility for it. Dragged me through an incident report form and process that resulted in absolute zero assistance or responsibility. The staff was helpful but very disappointed in higher management to not take responsibility of this. It’s disgusting that a location that appears to be busy constantly with multiple locations wouldn’t take care of this incident and hide behind vague policy for an incident to their admission has never happened before. Don’t waste your time or money on this place, they don’t deserve your business. This is not representative of a business I care to have in my neighborhood at all. It’s so extremely disappointing. They do not have safe practices at all.
Horrible car wash, left my back passenger door all scratched with the cleaning brushes, and one car dried is still all dirty! And even tipped before driving into wash port. Horrible! Update: has been over two months & still have yet to hear a word from the company.
I’m not someone who enjoys washing my car, but Whitewater Carwash definitely makes the experience easier! The customer service is always great, and I really appreciate the little touches—like the complimentary towels and vacuums—that help make things more convenient. Big shout out to Justin for checking in during my visit and making sure I had everything I needed. His attention to detail made the whole experience pleasant!
