Very professional and respectful staff that do everything in their power to ensure you have a great experience. We had to leave for 30 minutes for an emergency, and they paused our game and provided new food and drinks after ours had been accidentally thrown away in our absence. By far, some of the most caring staff I have interacted with, plus the bowling is the best in Lubbock by far!

From the moment my girlfriend and I walked into the doors to white wood lanes we were greeted and welcomed with the most open of arms! Aiden and the other gentleman that were running the counter were amazing and very polite and friendly answering all our questions about the bowling alley and how it all worked! Next was Kasey and the other lady running the kitchen they were also very friendly and welcoming! We tried their world famous hand battered mozzarella sticks and man oh man they were amazing!!! Lastly huge shout out to Stefan! The way he run this beautiful bowling center in remarkable and I am so excited to go back another time and have another amazing experience! If you are ever looking to improve your spare ball or just have some fun with friends and family you have to check out whitewood lanes!!!!

Went with my family of 3 today. Was quoted $35 on the phone. Got there and it was $47. The lady at the front had an attitude the whole time and was rude. Very disappointed. This used to be a kind , awesome place to go.

My wife and I had a great time bowling last night on a date. The rate was $7.99 per person per hour with shoe rental included, and we thought that was reasonable. Most of the balls are pretty scratched up and the shoes we had were getting worn out, but we didn't have issues besides a few occasional stuck balls. The building is overall pretty nice inside and looks to have been updated recently, including the floors, walls, restrooms and front counter. Paint on the outside of the building might be relatively new as well. We did not buy food, use the arcade machines, visit the bar or visit the shop, but I did snap some pictures of each. We will likely come back here more often in the future.
